Bull vs a Bear. Seems like a fair fight right?
The Difference Between Silver Investing and Silver Trading
Many are well aware that you can invest in silver but there are also options available in day trading. Such day trading ventures do come with the potential for amassing huge profits quickly but they also come with an even greater potential for losses. That is why anyone even remotely considering trading in silver – any manner of day trading – truly needs to understand this is a process far removed from investing.
With silver investing, your goal is to see the value of silver increase over time. Your eventual goal is that the silver you acquired will increase in value far beyond the initial purchase price. This may take some time but given a long enough time investment, you likely will realize your goal barring any unforeseen market occurrences.
What you need to realize is that was the 9th Bull that poor Bear fought this week
With silver day trading, you are obligated to enter and exit the market on the same day. Among the more common ways this type of trading is performed is through trading in silver options. With an option, you have the potential to buy or sell an options contract at a profit or decide to let the contract expire without a buy or sell. In the latter instances, you will lose money due to the costs and fees associated with crafting the options contract.
Those that are unsure if any form of day trading or options trading is not for them are advised to avoid this means of acquiring silver. The risks are high although, quite honestly, so are the potential rewards. But, you do need to be willing to take enormous risk and you also must really have your pulse on the silver market – a speculative process at best.
For most, the best likely course of action to take in the silver market would be to stick with traditional investing. It might turn out to be the better and more profitable venture in the end.
In short, commit to being a Bull..
